jax-unirep: A performant reimplementation of the UniRep model in JAX

jax-unirep is a reimplementation of the UniRep model, published by Biswas et. al. in 2020, implemented using JAX.

Goals

The goals of this project are to provide a performant reimplementation with a suite of user-friendly APIs to make usage of the UniRep model in protein machine learning applications more user-friendly.
